Narinder Bhandari
Narinder Bhandari is a senior ICT and cyber transformation executive with extensive
experience strengthening governance oversight across complex and regulated delivery environments. His work focuses on reinforcing governance integrity, escalation discipline and executive decision clarity across large-scale transformation initiatives.
He holds an active NV1 Security Clearance and has operated within trusted, safety-sensitive environments where governance integrity and delivery assurance are non-negotiable. He is the author of Human + AI: Smarter Project Delivery, examining governance discipline and responsible AI integration within modern transformation environments.
